15+ years in HR before AI. That's the point.
For 15+ years I worked in the heart of HR and people transformation inside companies like ALDAR and TCS. I loved helping people grow. Then a new pattern showed up everywhere I looked: good, hardworking professionals felt stuck, stressed and quietly worried about AI.
One thing kept repeating. New tools don't fail because of the tool. They fail because people feel left behind and nobody makes it safe to try. So that's what I do, with a microphone in my hand and a lot of quick wins.
